Microdermabrasion

Besides the face and neck, the chest, back, hands, knees, and elbows may be treated.

We create a new layer of skin every 28 days. as new cells push their way onto the surface, dead cells settle on the surface, causing a dull appearance with clogged pores. Unfortunately as we get older, skin renewal slows down, leading to less radiant skin.

Treatments are usually every 4 weeks but may be done more frequently, depending upon skin condition.

Results are usually seen after the third session, however, skin will appear smoother and fresher after the first session for some clients.

A series of 3 to 6 treatments is usually recommended every 7 to 14 days apart.
Maintenance is recommended as well.

7 days prior to and after to microdermabrasion, please discontinue using the following:

• Tretinoin or Vit. A derived topicals.
• Glycolic or Lactic acid treatments.
• Electrolysis
• Waxing
• Hair dyes

Improvements are achieved after a few sessions, however results are noticed immediately after treatment.
